The league By-Laws are to be reviewed and upheld by all CPSL members. Captains must make sure that they are familiar with the league rules and regulations and are responsible for keeping their teams in compliance.

CPSL and NCASA Player Transfer Form

This form is needed to transfer registered players from one team to another team. The captains from both teams must agree and the player must be in good standing with their current (old) team and CPSL.

Player Registration Form

Every player must fill one of these forms out every year to get carded through the State. It is good from August to August per the State\'s fiscal calendar. All forms must be turned in with the $30 fee and a passport sized picture for the card. If you plan to dual roster in another division, please indicate so in the box for the \"2nd Team\".

Use this form to register your team in the Charlotte Premier Soccer League. The form and a $250 non-refundable deposit is needed to register a team.
